Go to the “Careers” section and upload your CV, indicating the position you would like to apply for. You can also contact us directly by participating in the events that we organise throughout the year (you’ll find upcoming opportunities on the Calzedonia Group LinkedIn page).

If you wish to work in one of our stores, in addition to applying through our Job Center, you can head directly to the store that you’d like to work in and leave your CV with the staff.

SELECTION PROCESS

Once you have uploaded your CV, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your application. We will evaluate your CV and if we think you’d be a good fit for one of the open positions, we’ll contact you to speak over the phone and eventually schedule a face-to-face interview. Should there be no positions suitable for your profile, we will keep your CV on file in our database for future opportunities.

TRAINING

We believe that training is a fundamental element of personal growth. In-store training is provided for all roles as we believe this puts employees in direct contact with the company’s retail ‘DNA’. We also offer in-depth training course on product and customer service at our Head Office lead by our expert Training Manager. Then, depending on your position in the company, you will be involved in a personalised coaching plan.
