We have an exciting opportunity for Human Resources professional looking for a next step in their career. In the crucial role of HR & TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER you will encompass the full employee life cycle. 

The main focus of this role will be recruitment and day-to-day operational HR functions.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and experience as an HR generalist, ideally in an HR Adviser role with plenty of experience in recruitment.

Incorporate the HR function into the management team ensuring successful implementation of the UK business strategy and workforce capability scheme in three brands: Calzedonia, Intimissimi & Tezenis. 

FUNCTIONS:
 
  • To manage a high volume of CVs giving a high-quality on the processes.
  • To create a sourcing & recruitment strategy to attract the diverse candidates to meet our business needs.
  • To add value by demonstrating a thorough understanding of trends and market knowledge of Retail Sector using knowledge to inform actions and sourcing strategies.
  • To develop knowledge of the business, the external market and trends.
  • Coordinating and booking interviews and video-call meetings.
  • Liaising with candidates and hiring managers across retail stores.
  • Drafting job offers.
  • Guide Line Managers with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including on-boarding, learning and development, maternity/parental leave, performance management, off boarding, leavers’ questionnaire and employees’ survey.
  • Reviewing HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with managers to understand and resolve local issues.
  • To manage the global HR project work and roll-out of HR activities.
  • Providing support with all HR administration tasks.
  • Prepare and support Country Managers in annual performance appraisals, incentives and salary benchmarking.
  • Develop effective relationship with HR departments across the European, U.S. and Far East business units ensuring consistency of HR practices across the countries and local employment laws.
REQUIREMENTS:
    • Minimum qualification: CIPD qualified LEVEL 3 or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in full life-cycle recruitment support positions in a young and growth business.
    • Ability to prioritize business and customer needs while providing high value/satisfaction to our internal clients.
    • Ability to navigate in a complex work environment & drive change, assess and adjust priorities to ensure critical work is delivered in a timely fashion.
    • Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable Talent Acquisition technologies & software (e.g. SAP).
    • An ambitious, driven, flexible and can-do attitude professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong interest in fashion.
