The Polish subsidiary to support its expansion requires an:

 

HR MANAGER

 

As an HR Manager your main tasks and duties of the position would include:

  • managing the talent acquisition by coordinating employer branding activities, recruiting and   selecting the store, sales force and headquarter employees;
  • overseeing and managing the annual employee development review process
  • supporting the management in all the career development activities;
  • ensuring the right HR strategy for the subsidiary
  • keeping contacts with Headquarters HR Department and implementation of Company Group’s policies and guidelines.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor or master degree;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as HR Manager, preferably for a trading or retail company;
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and methods, social digital recruiting and new employer branding tools included
  • Good knowledge of performance evaluation tools and methods
  • Good knowledge of HR analytics
  • English mother tongue. Knowledge of Italian is a plus
  • an innovative, flexible, retail and goal-oriented approach, excellent relational and organizational skills;
