Calzedonia Group is a fashion retail company specialised in underwear, beachwear and hosiery. Founded in Italy in 1986, in the UK we are operating three brands:

  • Calzedonia
  • Intimissimi
  • Intimissimi Uomo

Our subsidiary, established in 2006, already operates with 20 shops and to continue its successful story is currently looking for a enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our Company as a Store Manager for one of our London based stores.
 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Sales & Customer Service
  • Maximize the turnover of the store setting daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Calzedonia products and brands.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Deal with customer returns and complaints.
Visual & Store Standards
  • Implement all Visual Merchandising guidelines, standards and updates.
  • Maintain window displays in accordance with Visual Manager guidelines.
  • Ensure proper product presentation.
  • Ensure a high standard of presentation and cleanliness of the store.           
Stock Management
  • Manage stock methodically and efficiently optimizing the stock levels through effective stock ordering.
  • Maintain inventory integrity.
  • Manage transfer of products within the business.
  • Process deliveries efficiently.
  • Ensure the stock room is clean and organised.
People Management
  • Be an excellent role model for your team, be visibly enthusiastic and motivated.
  • Create a positive working environment motivating all staff members.
  • Conduct performance appraisal of all team members every six months and set personal objectives.
  • Deal with any disciplinary and grievance issues arising in consultation with the HR Manager.
  • Develop and coach team members.
Administration & Finance
  • Adhere to Calzedonia policy regarding till operations, the store safe and banking.
  • Manage cover and weekly rota ensuring staffing levels are kept to the required Company standards.
  • Ensure the Company’s Health & Safety policy is adhered to within the store.
  • Ensure completion of general branch administration and paperwork.
  • Ensure that any security issues are related to the District Manager immediately.
Commercial Analysis
  • Know daily, weekly and monthly store income & KPI`s.
  • Be aware of all best selling stock within your store and the brand.
  • Hold staff meetings in order for the store performance and objectives to be discussed.
  • Check daily/weekly statistics and store performance and use the numbers in practice.
  • Plan together with DM, VM and Visual & Event Coordinator for store promotions and key trading events when appropriate.
