Tasks and responsibilities of District Manager:

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT - from recruitment to training, development, motivation and retention of store teams.
ANALYTICS AND NUMBERS - It's important that you not only understand the numbers, but also can translate them to your teams and show them how to make data-driven decisions.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING - It's up to you to take the ideas sent from the Italian headquarters and implement them to work best in your specific stores.
ORGANIZATION - It is essential to have a very strong sense of time management and self-organization.
CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION - We would appreciate your innovative ideas and proactive approach to work.
