In the role of E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST within the E-commerce & Digital Media Department, your role will be to promote E-commerce sales using digital tools.

Working closely with the E-Commerce Manager, you will mainly be responsible for:
 

• Creating the sales calendar in synergy with the different business areas to define a strategic plan from an omnichannel perspective
• Planning and implementing diversified browsing experiences within the website by declining them according to the user
• Identify strategies for increasing sales in the online channel
• Manage the implementation of new projects and start-ups in synergy with the E-commerce Manager
• Participate in meetings with other corporate functions, in particular with the Commercial Department to ensure that the website is always aligned with commercial initiatives
• Work together with the Digital Operation team on content management activities, newsletters, web design through the internal project management tool
• Create synergies between the branch and HQ
• Monitor and analyse KPIs and create reports

• You have a university degree and 2/3 years' experience in the role, preferably in retail and/or fashion
• You are strongly oriented towards the E-commerce world
• You are a person with an excellent commercial approach and a strong passion for web marketing, Ecommerce and IT
• You are predisposed to interpersonal relations and problem solving with excellent communication skills and a spirit of initiative and resourcefulness
• You have fluent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of one of the following languages is a plus: Italian, German, French
