From the very beginning the new colleague will receive training in one of the most notable Group production Plant in Serbia, learning to play as a Production Manager.

Combining a strategic vision to a practical approach, the Production Manager will:

Contribute to improve the different production processes, analyzing and testing working methods in order to increase production efficiency, be actively part of the daily life of the plant, managing a team of operators and working side by side with technical managers, handle the main organizational and industrial issues of a production plant
